Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed by the challenges life has thrown your way? Maybe you’re navigating a major life transition, managing relationship challenges, or rebuilding your self-esteem after a difficult experience. You're not alone. Andi is a Registered Social Worker with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from King's University College. Her approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a profound respect for the courage it takes to begin therapy.

With several years of experience supporting individuals through attachment struggles, life transitions, relational conflict, and self-worth, Andi is passionate about guiding her clients toward clarity and self-compassion. Drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches- including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Strength-Based Therapy (SBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness- she tailors each session to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients.

We all need support, it's only human. Andi's own experiences with life’s complexities inspire her work and allow her to approach each client with humility, warmth, and understanding. Andi believes in the value of humour in sessions and strives to foster an authentic environment for her clients. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore even the most challenging emotions or experiences.

As a clinician, Andi views herself as a partner in your journey, helping you uncover your strengths and navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. She cherishes the vulnerability and trust involved in sharing your story and feels honoured to walk alongside you as you take steps toward meaningful change and growth.

FUN FACT

When she’s not working, Andi enjoys spending time with her two dogs, who bring plenty of personality into her life. One is ever-alert to imaginary emergencies, while the other is a true foodie, constantly dreaming about her next meal.
