Christina Kahlou believes that we all dream to live lives of more and lives of less. More: happiness, peace, joy, health, achieving meaningful goals, and joy in relationships. The opposite is also true, we seek lives with less. Less: stress, illness, negativity, pain, bad relationship habits, trauma, anger, and disconnection. In therapy, Christina believes in trying new strategies to fine tune how you relate to your partner, your family, how you parent--how you handle your own parents--and how you care for your mental health. As a previous Midwife, she approaches her work with an attachment-based lens. This helps her clients hold the work of processing pains while making brave steps forward to creating the new.
