Brandi believes that balance, awareness and connection are at the heart of the healing journey and aims to help her clients stay attuned with themselves through both the challenges and celebrations of life.
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), her goal is to support her
clients’ holistic wellness through a non judgemental, and collaborative therapeutic relationship.
Brandi has experience working with individuals and adolescents who have experienced or are
currently experiencing intimate partner violence, stress, anxiety, overwhelming emotions and relationship challenges both in a monogamous and polyamorous context.
Using a trauma- informed, anti-oppressive lens, Brandi takes an integrative approach to healing, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities including Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Spiritually-integrated Psychotherapy and Ecotherapy.
Brandi is dedicated to providing a warm, empathetic and encouraging environment for her clients to explore their inner strengths, their challenges, and their goals for the future. Brandi works with clients at their own pace and considers the therapeutic approach based on the specific needs of her client.
