There are times in our lives that we cannot seem to get a handle on how to cope with the challenges in our life. Mental health falls on a continuum – sometimes dictated by genetics, but other times due to life circumstances and its challenges.
Here at Anchoridge we are a passionate counselling service dedicated to supporting people to live their healthiest, most vibrant lives. We meet you where you are truly at, and give you the space you need to safely unpack your experiences. We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Instead, our therapists work collaboratively with our clients to determine which approach and interventions are most beneficial for them.
