We understand that life gets busy and schedules fill up. With this in mind, we recommend that you book at least three appointments in advance as clinician's schedules can fill up quickly. This helps ensure that you can get appointments to fit your schedule!
Friendly Reminder: Please provide us with at least 48-hour notice for a cancellation or rescheduling request of an appointment to avoid being charged the full session fee. We understand that emergencies and extenuating circumstances happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a change needed in regards to your appointment.
FREE INTAKE APPOINTMENTS
At Anchoridge, we strive to give each individual a personalized experience to ensure their needs and goals for therapy are heard and met. Whether you are looking for individual counselling, couples counselling or family counselling, we have a clinician for you!

We start with a free 15 minute phone or video consultation where you chat with our intake coordinator to talk about what brought you to Anchoridge, your goals for counselling, your schedule and your insurance/benefits if you have them.

Next, our intake coordinator will give you information about the therapist that is recommended, including their bio, rates, schedule, specialties and credentials.

Finally, you can book a free 15 minute meet and greet or book an initial session to get started with your counsellor.
