DIRECT BILLING

At Anchoridge Counselling, we aim to make accessing mental health support as smooth and stress-free as possible. To help simplify your experience, we offer direct billing to a wide range of insurance providers through TELUS eClaims.

Please note that direct billing availability may differ by location, and some clinicians or regions may be temporarily unavailable for direct billing while we await approval from TELUS. If direct billing cannot be processed, we will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurer for reimbursement.

What You Need to Submit for Direct Billing

 

To enable direct billing, clients must provide:

  • Full insurance details (policy number & member ID) and add that to your Jane profile

  • Name and date of birth of the plan member

  • Confirmation of coverage for Registered Social Workers, Registered Psychotherapists, or Registered Psychologists (depending on your clinician)

 

If Your Insurance Doesn’t Allow Direct Billing

 

If direct billing is not available for your plan or location, you will receive a detailed receipt that you can easily submit to your insurer for reimbursement.
