Direct Billing

At Anchoridge Counselling, we want accessing therapy to be as simple and stress-free as possible. We offer direct billing through TELUS Health eClaims to many extended health insurance providers across Ontario. If direct billing is unavailable for your plan, we'll provide you with a detailed receipt that you can easily submit for reimbursement.

​Before Your First Appointment

​

To set up direct billing, please provide the following information before your first appointment:

  • Your insurance provider, policy number, and member ID (this can be added to your Jane profile)

  • The policy holder's full name and date of birth (if different from the client)

  • Confirmation that your plan covers services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist, Registered Social Worker, or Registered Psychologist (depending on your clinician)

 

If Your Insurance Doesn't Allow Direct Billing

 

If direct billing is not available through your insurance provider, you will receive a detailed receipt immediately following your appointment that can be submitted to your insurer for reimbursement according to your plan.
