Nada understands the importance of mental health and is passionate about promoting mental well-being and personal growth in the clients she serves. Throughout her work, she has discovered that every individual has their own set of strengths and resilience. Nada, a Registered Psychotherapist Qualifying, holds a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. With her additional training, she can support you in developing personalized strategies to address anger, depression, grief, anxiety, and ADHD, among other mental health concerns.
Nada's therapeutic approach is strength-based and compassionate. She places great importance on cultural sensitivity, tailoring her approach to ensure a positive and inclusive experience for each client. She integrates techniques from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT) to provide you with a personalized approach. Being a trauma-certified professional, Nada understands the impact intense emotions can have on mental well-being. To support you holistically, she incorporates somatic and mindfulness practices into her sessions to help you develop a deeper awareness and appreciation of your mind-body connection.
Through a collaborative approach to therapy, Nada will work with you to identify your unique strengths and build on them to promote growth and resilience.
