Molly is a nonjudgmental and empathetic Registered Psychotherapist with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology and Bachelor’s in Psychology. She believes that safety and trust are the foundation to a strong therapeutic relationship. Molly provides an open space for clients to express concerns freely. She has always been interested in understanding the role that the mind plays in determining behaviour and everyday interactions. She helps her clients understand the implications of their actions and decisions, and feel empowered to move forward.
Molly uses evidence-based, biopsychosocial interventions, with an emphasis on understanding that each individual has their own unique experiences that have shaped them into who they are. She believes that collaboration is key to success, and together you will work toward developing resilience and becoming the best version of yourself.
Molly has a strong background in working with clients who have faced trauma at some point in their lives. She offers the opportunity for clients to overcome and process their traumas in meaningful ways, so they can live a lighter life, without the heavy burden that trauma can carry.
Molly understands how difficult it can be to take the first step in reaching out for help. If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, or stressors of daily life, she wants you to know that you are not alone. Molly can support you in person or virtually to guide you through meaningful therapy.
