Sarah Amos is a Registered Social Worker with over 12 years of clinical experience supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion, authenticity, and evidence-based care. She believes that just as we care for our physical health, it is equally important to care for our mental and emotional well-being, the driving forces behind how we think, feel, and live.
Sarah provides a warm and validating space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, strengthen coping skills, and reconnect with their sense of self. Her approach is generalist–eclectic, drawing from mindfulness-based, values-driven, and evidence-based practices to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.
She works collaboratively with clients to help them move beyond patterns of rumination and stress, build resilience, and navigate the complexities of work, relationships, and personal growth. Sarah offers individual one-on-one therapy for adults and specializes in areas such as self-awareness, motivation, coping skills, mood disorders, life transitions, relationship issues, trauma and PTSD, addiction, ADHD, emotional regulation, LGBTQ+ concerns, and women’s issues.
