Manshi Pandya is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Development Studies from the University of Waterloo, and her path to this work has taken her through community mental health, primary care, shelters, and private practice each setting teaching her something new about resilience. As an immigrant herself born in India, raised on the island of Seychelles, and settled in Canada at eighteen she brings a personal understanding of identity, belonging, and cross-cultural transitions to her work.
Manshi believes therapy is sacred work. Every client who walks through the door, virtually or in person, is trusting her with their story, and she holds that trust carefully. Her role is to create a space where you can set down what you've been carrying, even for an hour, and feel truly seen. She draws on an integrative approach including CBT, DBT, IFS, EFT, ACT, solution-focused, psychodynamic, and humanistic methods because no two people heal in exactly the same way, and your treatment plan should be built around you, not a formula.
That said, Manshi doesn't believe healing has to be heavy all the time. She brings her full personality into the room, including her sense of humour, because laughter and lightness have their own kind of medicine. Clients often say sessions with her feel less like a clinical appointment and more like a conversation with someone who genuinely gets it and that's exactly the kind of space she wants to hold for you.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, or simply trying to understand yourself a little better, Manshi would be honoured to be part of your journey toward feeling more grounded, resilient, and whole.
