Sometimes, we can be so focused on meeting expectations, caring for others, and trying to get everything right that we lose sight of our own needs. Taylor is passionate about supporting individuals navigating anxiety, people-pleasing, perfectionism, and life transitions. She holds an undergraduate degree in Honours Psychology from the University of Windsor and a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

Taylor understands that even when things appear to be going well on the outside, it can be difficult to quiet your inner critic, prioritize your own needs, or make sense of patterns that seem to repeat themselves in relationships. She approaches therapy with warmth, curiosity, and compassion, recognizing that everyone’s experiences are unique and that meaningful change looks different for everyone.

Taking a collaborative and eclectic approach, Taylor draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychodynamic therapy. She believes therapy can be an opportunity to better understand yourself, explore how past experiences may influence your present, and develop new ways of relating to yourself and others. Together, Taylor and her clients work toward goals that feel meaningful and aligned with their individual needs and values.

Taylor strives to create a welcoming, authentic, and non-judgmental space where clients can show up as they are, without the pressure to have everything figured out. She recognizes the vulnerability it takes to begin therapy and values the trust involved in sharing your experiences. Whether you’re working toward setting boundaries, navigating relationship challenges, or building a stronger sense of self, Taylor hopes to support you in approaching yourself with greater compassion, understanding, and confidence.
